Hidden Beaches of Cres & Lošinj — Only Accessible by Boat
Beaches the Crowds Never Find
Cres and Lošinj have some of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia — but the best ones have no road access. No parking lots, no beach bars, no crowds. Just pristine pebbles, turquoise water, and silence. The only way to reach them is by boat.
Best Hidden Beaches on Cres
Lubenice Beach — Below the ancient hilltop village of Lubenice, 378 metres above. White pebbles, dramatic cliffs, crystal-clear water. Reachable by a 45-minute hike or, much more comfortably, by boat.
Bays between Valun and Lubenice — The western coast of Cres has a string of pristine coves, each more beautiful than the last. White pebbles, dramatic rocks, water so clear you can see the bottom at 15 metres.
Martinšćica bays — Sheltered bays with calm water, perfect for families and relaxed swimming.
Best Hidden Beaches on Lošinj
Southern Lošinj coves — Below Veli Lošinj, the coastline is dotted with small rocky bays surrounded by pine forest. Complete privacy and exceptional water quality.
Čikat hidden sections — While the main Čikat bay has facilities, the coves to the north are only reachable by boat and offer a much more private experience.
